Greg Straight

Greg Straight is a North Shore-based artist, known for his confident ‘kiwi cool’ aesthetic and brightly coloured graphics.

His artwork reflects his engagement with the landscapes of NZ - bush, town, beach and taps into a collective nostalgia for summers spent at the family bach.

In his own words, Greg’s design sense is defined by his interest in “simplicity, balance, colour and pattern”. This design ethos generates distinctive pieces notable for their geometric forms, iconic imagery, vivid colour palette and sense of fun.
